1 Step
Go to https://metamask.io/download.html and click on Instal MetaMask for Chrome, see the screenshot below
This will take you to the chrome web shop, where you are prompted to install the MetaMask extension.

While in the chrome shop you will need to click on the Install button, see screenshot below
Next you will see the Install MetaMask pop-up window, click on the Install Extension button, see screenshot
The extension will then be installed and you will be taken to the Welcome to MetaMask page, see screenshot
2 Step
Clicking on the Getting Started button will open a page where you need to select Create Wallet, see screenshot
You will then need to Agree, see screenshot
A page will then open asking you to create a Password, see screenshot
Take the creation of a password seriously! If you lose your password, you will not be able to access your wallet.
Next you will be informed about protecting your wallet, after reading this click Next, see screenshot
Once you have clicked Next you will be taken to the Secret Recovery Phrase page, it will be locked and by clicking on the lock you will be able to access it, see screenshot
Pressing the Next button will ask you to Confirm the passphrase in the order in which it was originally written, then press the Confirm button.
After confirming the passphrase MetaMask will congratulate you and you will see a message where you need to click on All done, see screenshot
The main asset in MetaMask will be ETH (Ethereum) and commissions will be paid in it.
